Partner Decision Deck · Field-test prototype
A physical 40-card working instrument for real partner decisions — built to help the right people select, arrange, challenge, decide and record what happens next.
What the Deck does
Each Play brings a different decision onto the table. The cards help a small group distinguish claims from evidence, contribution from attribution and preparation from legitimate approval.
The outcome is not a score or a better-looking workshop wall. It is a bounded decision, a legitimate owner, an evidence condition, an expiry or review point and a Motion Record the organisation can return to.
Four decisions
The detailed instructions are part of the protected prototype experience and are reached directly from the corresponding QR card.
Focus scarce attention and investment on one to three bounded partner bets.
Turn a promising partner idea into a reciprocal and executable commitment.
Test and bound an additional resource, right, discount or exposure.
Compare what was committed with what happened and decide what changes.
Good fit
One specific Motion is in scope. Something material may change. Evidence can be examined, challenge is safe and the legitimate owner can decide or be reached.
Not every situation
Do not use the Deck for status-only QBRs, task tracking, routine opportunity routing, whole-partner ranking or a conclusion that has already been decided.
Deck or Advisory?
This Deck structures one bounded decision. It does not design your partner organisation, replace qualified authority or reconstruct contested evidence for you.
When facts are disputed, political neutrality matters or the operating model itself must change, a focused Advisory engagement is the more appropriate route.
